With Eventdrive, you have the ability to configure how the session times in your participants’ personalized agenda are displayed, based on their location.
To customize the displayed time zone, go to the Invite menu → Agenda, then select one of the available options
- Display dates & times in the event's local time, for on-site events.
- Display dates & times in attendee's local time, for online events.
- Display dates & times in both the event's and attendee's local time, for hybrid events.
Each option change the display on the participants' side (in my example, the time zone of the event is set to French time / CET) :
Finally, when you hover over the question mark icon, a tooltip is displayed giving details about the time displayed.
The participant’s local time is determined based on the time of the device they use to visit the website.
