With Eventdrive, you can create a personalized agenda with sessions to mark the highlights of your events.
From your agenda, you can add sub-sessions to your event.
These trigger a specific display on your web and mobile calendar. Sub-sessions are used when several sessions are running in parallel, and have similar schedules.
The most typical use cases are :
- Creating workshops
- Managing breakout sessions
- Displaying simultaneous activities
- Highlight some parts of a long session
To do this, go to the infos -> Agenda menu
Click on "Add a session" to create your main session: The main session (also known as the mother session) is the one that groups together all the sub-sessions (also known as daughter sessions).
Configure the duration of this session so that it is long enough to encompass all sub-sessions.
Then create your sub-sessions by clicking on the "add session" button.
This will create classic sessions, which you can then attach to the parent session.
Once these have been created, return to your main session by clicking on it, and complete the "Sub sessions" box by selecting the available sessions.
Please note that only sessions that take place on the same day and during the same period as the main session will be proposed as sub-sessions.
