With Eventdrive, you can have different information that you will find in the Participants tab.

Defined by the participant in the registration form or by the organizer upon import. This information is required for all participants. |
Last name | Attendee's last name |
Defined by the participant in the registration form or by the organizer by import. This information is required for all participants. |

The email that has been provided by the participant during registration or by the event organizer upon import. This information is required for all participants and cannot be modified after it has been entered. |

Role | Animator / Attendee / Moderator / Owner / Speaker | The role assigned to the participant for your event. Here is an article summarizing all the roles. |
Registration status | Invite not sent / Awaiting answer / Confirmed / Declined | The participant's registration status for your event. Here is an article that explains the different registration statuses. |
Registered at | Date & time | The date and time your participant first registered to your event. |
Registration updated at | Date & time | The date and time your participant's registration was last updated. |
In groups | "Group name", "Group name"... | The groups to which the participant is assigned. |
Has logged in | Yes / No | Information about whether or not the participant has logged into the Web App. |
Checked-in | Yes / No | Information on whether or not your participant has attended your event (in-person or virtual) |
Express Registration | Yes / No | Information on whether the participant was manually signed in on the Check-In application or did not go through a special link during a Live Public (and therefore entered their name to access the live event). |
Checked-in at

"n/a" / Date & time | Information on the participant's exact check-in time. If the participant did not check in, "n/a" will be displayed. In the case of a virtual event, the time of their first connection to your live event is displayed. |
Check in type
|
On site / Live Streaming / On Demand | Information allowing you to see where your participant was checked in. This information will help you differentiate check-ins for your hybrid events. |
Sender name
|
"Name" | A custom sender's name for this participant. Participants that do not have an assigned sender will receive communication from the general event sender. |
Reply-to email
|
name@domaine.com | The email address that will be given to your participant if they reply to your emails sent via Eventdrive. |
Send a copy to
|
name@domaine.com | The email address that will be copied when emails are sent to this participant. The equivalent of CC in your regular emails. |
Send a hidden copy to
