On Eventdrive, attendees have a registration status that updates automatically according to the stage of their registration.
The Different Registration Statuses
The registration statuses are:

Invite Not Sent
This is the default status when an attendee is added to the list without going through the registration form. -
Awaiting Answer
An invitation email has been sent to the attendee so they can register via the form. -
Pre-registered
This status is automatically assigned to attendees registering via a form. The status must be configured in the registration form settings. [How to set up my form?] -
Confirmed
This status is automatically assigned to attendees registering via a form. It is the default status after completing registration through a form. -
Refused
Status for invitation rejection. The attendee has declined the invitation either from an email or through the registration form.
I Sent My Email But My Attendees Are Still in "Invitation Not Sent"
The "Awaiting Answer" status is assigned to all attendees who were previously in "Invite Not Sent" after receiving an invitation email.
The invitation email must be an Eventdrive email containing a tokenized link (special links) to a registration form.
If the link you added to your email is not a special link, the email will not be considered an invitation email, and the "Awaiting Answer" status will not be assigned to your attendees.
