With Eventdrive, you can restrict the visibility of certain elements on your website, including the agenda. There can be several reasons why the agenda does not display correctly when you access the website. Here are a few checks to run to find out what's wrong.
- Check your event's status
- Check the sessions' visibility
- Check that you are not using a preview link
Check your event's status
If your event's status is "Preview" and some sessions are restricted, you won't be able to view them on the website. You need to switch to "Open, public" or "Open, restricted" status. The "Open, restricted" status also restricts access to the entire website (see below).
Check the sessions' visibility
If visibility is restricted, attendees must go through a special link to be identified and access the personalized agenda display.
The website preview cannot display elements with restricted visibility, and will not show the agenda sessions.
Check that you are not using a preview link
If you did not get the website link from the Website > Settings menu, or by sending yourself an invitation using the email campaign tool, you are probably accessing the site through a preview link.
You can find this preview link in several places in Eventdrive, notably in your emails when you click "Send me a test email."
