When creating your agenda, you have created numerous sessions. You are able to define the degree of visibility for each one. Find below the different options available to you.
Everyone can see the session
All the attendees at your event will see this session on their agenda.
Exclude attendees linked to certain groups
You have created groups of attendees and have linked sessions to these groups. By choosing this option, groups chosen will not be able to see the session.
Include attendees linked to certain groups
You have created groups of attendees and have linked sessions to this group. By choosing this option, only groups added in will be able to see the agenda session.
Only subscribed attendees will be able to see
You have enabled the agenda session registrations via the registration form for your event. By doing this for certain sessions, the agenda session will only appear if the attendee has signed up for it.
