Setting up categories in the agenda allows the user to filter their calendar sessions by themes via to the magnifying glass at the top right of the event application.
Example: if a user wants to see only the plenary sessions, they can use a filter to show only these sessions.
In this article, you'll find out how to do create a category in the "Agenda"
Go to "EVENT INFO" and click on "Agenda".
Click on "Create and edit categories" then "Add a category".
In the edition section, fill in the following items:
- "Category name": give your category a name.
- "Category color": choose the color of your category. You can directly add the hexadecimal code from your brand guidelines or choose one in the palette. In the app, the color will be presented with a pastille below the calendar sessions agenda.
Do it again to create other categories.
If you want to add one or several categories to a calendar session, click on "Back to the agenda" or click on "Agenda" in "EVENT INFO".
Once you are in the session you'd like to change, go at the bottom of the page in "Edit session" and select in the drop-down menu "Choose categories (optional)" the categories you'd like to associate to this session.
Click on "Save" at the bottom right of the page.
