With Eventdrive, you can set up quick actions within your attendee list.
Step 1
Go to the "INVITE" section of the Eventdrive administration tool and click on "Attendees".
Step 2
Once in the "Attendees" tab, select one or more participants to activate the quick actions dropdown menu.
These quick actions will be displayed at the top right of your participant list.
Step 3
Once step 2 is completed, here are all the possible quick actions:
--Export--
You can select the format in which you want to export your participants.
-- Agenda session --
Add to sessions: You can directly register your selection to one or more agenda session(s).
Remove from sessions: You can unsubscribe your selection to one or more agenda session(s).
-- Groups --
Add to group: You can add participants to an existing group or not and then go directly to the "Campaigns" tab to manage your emails.
Remove from group: The selected attendee(s) will be deleted from the group.
-- Change status to --
Invite not sent: The selected attendee(s) will have their registration status(s) changed to "Invitation Not Sent".
Awaiting answer: The selected attendee(s) will have their registration status(s) changed to "Awaiting reply".
Confirmed: The registration status of the selected attendee(s) will be changed to "Confirmed".
Declined: The registration status of the selected attendee(s) will be changed to "Declined".
--Send a message--
Send an email
Send a SMS
--Danger zone --
Delete selected: The selected attendee(s) will be deleted from your event.
Step 4
After choosing the quick action to be set up, click on "Go" .
Step 5
The change will be effective immediately.
