To access your registration form settings, open your form, and click on settings on the top right side of your screen.
How to personalise the different texts (welcome, thank you and closed) in your registration form?
You can personalise the different texts in your registration form to enhance your branding and improve the user experience. This helps clarify the steps, guide attendees, and boost engagement.
The following texts can be personalized:
Welcome text
This text, located at the top of the registration form, provides guidance to ensure the form is completed correctly.
Thank you text
This text, displayed after the form is successfully submitted, acknowledges the attendees while providing useful information, such as next steps or specific details about the event.
Decline text
This text is shown only if the attendee indicates their absence, helping to maintain a positive relationship and offering, if necessary, an alternative in case they change their mind.
Closed text
This text is visible only when registrations are closed, informing attendees that the form is no longer accessible and possibly providing alternative options.
How to make your form/registration private?
It is possible to make your registration form private by restricting its visibility:
- To your list of attendees
- To one or more specific groups of attendees
If you wish to target one or more specific groups of attendees, simply check the box Display this registration form only to the following attendee groups.
A dropdown menu will appear, allowing you to choose the targeted groups.
Your form will be visible/accessible only by attendees in the selected groups.
This feature allows you to ask different questions based on your population segmentation.
Here are some use cases of multiple form within the same event:
- Request journalists to provide their press card number.
- Allow Executive to register for dedicated workshop/activities
- Allow employees to register for workshop/activities different from the one displayed to the Executives.
- Allow different type of accommodations based on your attendee segmentation.
When the form is private or restricted to attendees, it is possible to Allow attendees to accept or decline the invitation directly from the registration from.
To do this, simply check the relevant box.

How to open and close your registration form automatically?
You have the possibility to control access to your registration form by specifying when attendees can register for your event.
You can also set a closing date or limit registrations once a pre-determined number of attendees is reached.
How to enable attendees to add the event to their calendar from the thank you page in your registration form?
By checking the Show box, this option will be available on the thank you page once the form has been submitted.
How to select a confirmation email for registration and for decline?
You can select a confirmation email as well as a decline confirmation email.
The confirmation email will be automatically sent to the attendee whenever the form is completed.
The confirmation email if decline will be automatically sent to the attendee when they decline your invitation.
The selected emails must be created beforehand in the Emails sub-menu.
How to set a registration status once attendees complete the form?
You can assign a registration status once your attendees have completed the registration form.
The available registration statuses are as follows:
The confirmed status means that as soon as attendees complete and submit the registration form, their attendance at the event is confirmed.
The pre-registered status allows you to filter and approve your attendees participation.
Their registration will remain pending your approval.
To update an attendee status, you must manually change it in the attendees center.
