With Eventdrive, you can allow your attendees to invite guests (+1).
This feature makes it easy to manage your total number of attendees and keep track of both your attendees and their guests.
Guests will appear in your attendees list on the event dashboard as well as in the check-in app.

How can I allow my attendees to add guests ?
To allow your attendees to invite guests, go to the Invite menu, then to the Registration Forms submenu:
In your registration form settings, you will find the option to add one or more guests.
By default, the quantity is set to 0, meaning your attendees cannot invite a guest (+1). You can increase this capacity to allow your attendees to add one or more guests.
đź’ˇ Once your attendees add their guests, those guests will be treated as attendees
in the dashboard.
This option is called: Number of guests that can be added by attendees.
How can I customize the display of registration form questions according to my attendees and their guests?
Go back to your registration form. For each question, you can choose whether it is displayed to the main attendee, their guest(s), or both.
The Email field is mandatory for your attendees, but optional for their guest(s).
⚠️ If you do not collect an email for the guest(s), a generic email
address will be automatically assigned to them by Eventdrive.
How can I add guests outside of the registration form?
In the top right corner of the attendee's profile, you will see the guest(s) associated with that attendee.
