With Eventdrive, you can create content that can then be displayed on your event website or in an application. This content can be dynamicaly displayed for groups or categories of attendees, thanks to access restrictions.
Restrict access to list attendees
I'm registered but I can't see the page on the website
How can I restrict access?
On the website:
In the menu Website → Content, you can build your site by adding different pages and information. [How to add content on my website?]
By clicking on these pages, you'll be able to restrict access to attendees of the list, or to one or more attendee groups, following your event status.
On the registration form :
In the Invite -> Registration form menu, access the "Settings" tab to find the restriction options.
On the survey:
In the Info -> Surveys menu, you'll find the options for your survey settings.
By selecting one of the options, the link to the survey will disappear and will no longer be accessible.
To access it, you will need to add it on your website or send it by e-mail via a special link.
On the livestream:
In the Live streaming -> Privacy & Settings menu, you'll find the option to restrict the visibility of your livestreams
On the application:
In the Info -> Main info menu, you'll find the restriction option at the bottom of the page.
On the custom pages :
In the menu Website → Custom pages, you will be able to restrict each page directly from the custom pages editor.
Restrict access to list attendees
Restricting a page to attendees on the list will make it visible only if the attendee has been added to the attendee list (either by an Event Manager, by completing a registration form, or by logging into the event on the application).
By selecting this option, you will be able to choose to display the page only after attendees have completed a registration form. A new option will appear allowing you to select the form to be displayed.
If you select none, the page will not be visible at all on your site for non-registrants.
If you select a form, the page will be visible to all, but will redirect unregistered attendees directly to the registration form.
If your event is in open, private status, all content is already restricted to the attendee list, so this option does not appear.
Restrict to group attendees
By checking this option, you can choose which groups have access to which pages of your website.
For example, attendees in the “Taxi” group will be able to access additional information about their car journey, while attendees in the “Plane” group will have access to information about their flight.
Attendees in the “Taxi” and “Plane” groups will have access to both pages.
I'm registered but I can't see the page on the website
To find out whether you have access to a restricted page, we need to authenticate you.
You'll need to go through a tokenized link on the website (this link must be sent by an e-mail campaign using the special link tool).
The website preview does not display all the restricted features.
