With Eventdrive, you can use a template to facilitate the creation of your e-mails and badges, while retaining your corporate identity.

What are templates and what are they used for?
Templates are content elements that are available throughout your organization.
The creation of templates enables you to ensure the continuity of your brand image at your events, by integrating your graphic charter and making it available to all your event managers.
There are five types of template: event templates, badge templates, email templates, budget templates and custom page templates.
In the menu Invite -> Email -> All emails, by clicking on “create a new email” you'll be able to create 3 types of email:
- A blank e-mail
You can create an e-mail from 0. - From an Eventdrive template
You can choose between different Eventdrive templates. - From a template saved on your organization
These are templates created and saved by you or your colleagues.
You'll find the same possibilities for badges in the Invite -> Badges menu.
How do I create an event template?
Email templates are created in your organization's settings -> Manage -> Event templates.
You can also go to one of your events and click on “Save as event template”.
How do I create an e-mail template?
Email templates are created in your organization's settings -> Manage -> Email templates.
You can create your email as you would from an event, but it can be used by other members of your organization as a template.
Once the template has been saved, you can click on the cogwheel to the right of your template to modify or delete it.
It's also possible to transform an e-mail you've created for an event into a template.
Go to the menu Invite -> Email -> all emails then click on the cogwheel to the right of the email and select “Save as template”.
How do I create a custom page template?

How do I create a badge template?
As with the creation of e-mail templates, you can create your badge templates from the parameters.
However, it is not possible to create a template from an existing badge.
How do I create a budget template?
By accessing the menu Plan your event -> Budgets -> New budget, you can choose to create a Budget de zero or select a template saved in your organization.
To create your own budget template, go to your organization's settings -> Manage -> Budget templates.
I can't create a template
You don't have access to the organization settings, or you don't have the option from the “All e-mails” sub-menu?
Don't worry, your organization probably has a role and permissions management system that doesn't yet allow you to access these menus.
