Eventdrive offers you a wide range of features to help you create your event. However, before opening your event, it's crucial to carry out thorough checks to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Here's a list of tests you can run to make sure everything is perfectly in order.
Checks to be made:
Your event status:
Make sure your event is open by changing its status.
Your website:
Check that the theme selected is appropriate for your event.
Make sure that the colors of your site do not make the texts unreadable.
Your agenda :
Check that the waiting list is activated for all your sessions if necessary.
Check that Visibility restrictions are correctly defined for all you sessions.
Check that automatic notifications are configured if desired.
Your registration forms:
Make sure confirmation and decline emails are correctly configured.
Make sure to customize your welcome, thank you, decline and closed text in the registration form parameters menu
Check that all questions containing sessions are correctly configured.
Your Attendees :
Check that all attendees are correctly assigned to their groups.
Make sure all attendees are registered for the appropriate sessions.
Your emails:
Check that special links and merge tags are correctly configured and redirect to the right link.
Special links enable you to identify attendees who register and therefore choose to restrict their access to event content.
They will also enable you to track the progress of registrations once your campaign has been sent, so that you can send out more precise and better-targeted reminders.
Make sure the sender's name is appropriate.
Check that the reply e-mail address is valid.

Your campaigns:
Send yourself your email via the campaign tool
Plan your campaigns in advance so you don't forget anything.
Correctly target attendees according to their status and groups.
Your application:
Select your application in the main information.
By following this checklist, you'll increase the chances of a successful event.
Don't forget that our support team is on hand to answer any questions you may have, and our FAQs can also be a valuable resource. Make sure you also test the attendee journey to make sure everything is working to ensure a smooth experience for your attendees.
