With Eventdrive, you can decide to delete one or more participants.
Delete one attendee
Step 1: In the administration tool, go to the "INVITE" section, then click on "Attendees".
Step 2: Search for the participant using the search bar, click on the options button at the end of the line, and then click on "Delete".
A message will appear asking if you are sure you want to keep this action. Click on the "OK" button.
⚠️ As indicated by deleting a participant, you delete all of his data
(last name, first name, position, custom field, his email or interactivity reports or his
or even his registrations to sessions in the agenda). This action is irreversible,
there is no way to go back.
Delete several attendees
Step 1: In the administration tool, go to the "INVITE" section, then click on "Attendees".
Step 2: Once in the "Participants" tab, simply select one or more participants to activate this quick action.
These quick actions will be displayed on the top right of your participants list.
⚠️ A message will appear asking you if you are sure you want to proceed.
Click on " OK ".
Delete all attendees
Go to the "INVITE" section and then go to the "Participants" tab.
At the bottom of your list on the right, you will find the button "Delete all participants".
Click on the button, then click on "Delete" when the alert message appears.
