With Eventdrive, you can change the email address of an attendee after an integration error or an internal change.
- The participant hasn't received the invitation email yet.
- The participant has already received an invitation email
The participant hasn't received the invitation email yet.
Step 1: In "INVITE", go to "Attendees".
Step 2: Make sure the participant hasn't received the email yet. To do it, check that his/her status is "Invite not sent".
Step 3: If it happens, you may delete the attendee. Click on the options button on the left on the attendee line and click on "Delete".
A message will appear asking you if you want to go through with the action. Click on "OK" .
Step 4: You can now reintegrate the attendee with the email address you want.

Step 1: Follow the 4 previous steps.
Step 2: Send a new email to the attendee
⚠️ Any deleting of one or more attendees has irreversible effects, you can not go back
on your decision.
