Limit the number of registrants to my event

With Eventdrive, you can limit the number of registrants at your event.

Step 1

In the admin tool, go to  "INVITE", then "Registration forms", select your registration form.

Step 2

In the "Settings" section found at the bottom of the page, there is a section called "Auto close the registration form ". Here, make sure to select the "Yes, when a specific number of attendees registered via the registration form".

Step 3

Enter the maximum amount of registrants.

Step 4

Click on "Save" at the bottom right of the page.

⚠️ If people try to register after, an automatically generated message will appear 
telling them that the registration form is closed.
