With Eventdrive, you have the ability to customize your budget settings.

Who is authorized to modify budget settings ?
Only platform administrators and users with the appropriate permissions are able to access the configuration interfaces listed below.
If you are unable to modify these settings, please contact your company’s Eventdrive administrator or reach out to Eventdrive support, who will be able to assist or redirect you accordingly.
Where can I modify my budget settings ?
To modify your budget settings, go to your organization’s administration interface, then navigate to the Manage menu → Budget Settings.
How can I add new categories ?
To add a new category, go to the Category tab and click on the Add a Category button.
Once you have entered the category name and its tax (VAT) rate, it will appear in the list.
Common categories include: venue rental, furniture, speaker fees, decoration, AV equipment, catering, miscellaneous expenses, transportation, and accommodation.
How can I add new status ?
To add new statuses, go to the Status tab and click on the Create a Status button.
Only a name is required to create a new status.
Examples of statuses include:
Quote pending, quote approved, PO pending, deposit paid, balance paid.
How can I add new suppliers ?
To add new suppliers, click on Create a Supplier, then enter the vendor’s name and category.
You may also assign contact informations to your supplier.
How can I add validators ?
To add a validator, click on Create a validator, then enter their first name, last name and email address.
They can then be assigned to a budget for validation purposes.
How can I add cost centers ?
To add a cost center, click on Create a Cost Center and enter its name.
You may also add a reference to help identify this cost center more easily within a third-party system.
