With Evendrive, you can define 5 different status for your participants.
Invitation not sent
This status corresponds to the initial status of your participants. This status is displayed when you add a new participant and no action has been taken towards this participant.
Awaiting answer
This status is displayed when you send an email to your participants.
⚠️ The email must contain a special link for this status to be displayed automatically.
This mail allows you, as it implies, to know that your invitation mail has been sent and your participant has not yet responded. Depending on his response, his status will be updated by : "Confirmed" or "Declined".
Pre-registered
With this status, it is up to the organization to choose whether a participant will attend the event or not. The participant can confirm his presence and make the wish to participate, however he will pass from the status "Pre-registered" to "Confirmed" only after validation by a member of the organization.
Confirmed
This status is automatically updated when your participants agree to participate in your event or when they register for it.
Declined
This status automatically updates when your attendees decline to attend in their invitation email.
⚠️ All status can be changed manually by the organization of your event.
