With Eventdrive, it is possible to have a page dedicated to the management of your credits.
How to access it ?
To access the organization's credits, it must be requested from your Eventdrive's Customer Success Manager.
Afterwards, you can find it in your organization's settings:
Available informations are :
- The choice of the billing entity
- The current credit balance
- The upcoming credit balance
- The possibility to export information
- History of past and future events and their costs
Detailed explanations of the features
The current credit balance is the amount of available credit on your organization's balance in real time.
The upcoming credit balance, contrary to the current credit balance, calculates the number of credits remaining based on the scheduled and past events.
⚠️ If an event is cancelled, the upcoming balance will no longer count it in its calculation.
It is possible to filter your search to simplify it.
You will be able to export the requested information.
