With Eventdrive, you can test the sender email address of your communications before sending your campaigns.
If you or some of your recipients experience issues receiving your emails, it’s possible that the email has been blocked or marked as spam (considered unwanted).
When you use Eventdrive to send communication or invitation emails, these ones are sent with a default email.
Here is how it is composed :
noreply-<name_of_your_organization>@eventdrive.com
It is possible to customize the part between <...>. To do so, go to the Invite menu, then the Emails submenu, and finally to Settings, located in the tab at the top right of your screen.
It is important that the recipient of your email does not consider this address as spam content. This is often due to security settings put in place by the company, which may block the delivery of messages.
⚠️ We recommend that you share the above email address with your IT and security
department so they can whitelist it. In other words, authorize the domain.
You also have the option to customize the sender name that appears when you send your communications.
You can also add a reply-to email address, in case your attendees respond to your email.
You also have the option to customize the email address used for sending your communications by using a white labelled domain that reflects your company’s brand.
For any questions, do not hesitate to contact your CSM who will be able to advise you.
