With Eventdrive, you can import the visuals of your choice throughout the creation of your event.
You will find below all the formats, tab by tab of the platform.
Info
Main info, Agenda, Practical info
In the description of the event, you can add a visual (ex: logo of the company, the place of the event...). The element will be visible on the website of your event.
The format and size of these visuals are free.
⚠️ For the agenda and the practical information, you can proceed in the same way
as before.
Exhibitors, Speakers, Partners
For these three tabs, you can add visuals whether it is the logos of exhibiting companies or partners, as well as photos of your speakers so that they are more easily identifiable.
You can import visuals in PNG or JPG format.
⚠️ We advise you to import an image in square format, at least with dimensions
180 x 180 px.
Documents
Documents allow you to share documents with your participants. You can make any type of document available to them: Powerpoint, PDF, images, Excel, Word...
Each document must not exceed 16 MB.

Budget
You can add to each line of the budget, a quote in any format.
Invite
Website
In your website, you can add your own visuals to personalize it.
You can add a background image. The dimensions are as follows:
Recommended height: 1800 px (min 1200 px)
Recommended width: 2880 px (min 1920 px)
Recommended file size: ≤1.5 MB
You can also add your logo that fits into the header of your site.
Badge
Badges are A6 size. You can add a front and back side.
Optimal size: 1500x2125px.
The minimum size: 706x1000px.
Mailing
You can insert visuals to your invitation and communication emails such as a header. The recommended size is 600x200px.
You can add any visual to your email, it will be resized.
We also advise you to keep a good ratio between visuals and text. This way, your e-mail will arrive in the main mailbox of your guests.
APP
Customization & Design
Our brand new app has arrived! Here are the new visual elements you can incorporate.
You can add an icon to your app. The icon corresponds to the favicon that appears at the top of a tab on the web, but also the image to the left of the date and location of your event. Add your organization's logo to it! Your icon should be a PNG image at the size of 260x260px. Add the header logo or a custom banner to your app. Required height: 88px, required width: 460px. The required format is PNG. The promotional image is the visual that appears on the app's homepage. The recommended dimensions are: height ≥ 600px and width ≥ 600px. JPG format.For the creation of a Native Application by Eventdrive, you will be asked for a Splash screen (loading page for the opening of the application) of the following size: 2732x2732 px. For a good visibility, we ask you the text and logo elements in a square of 1024x1024 px.

News feed
You can add all types of visuals to your news feed in either JPG or PNG format. You can also add videos hosted on Youtube.
Quiz
You can also create quizzes with image answers like the example below:
To do this, please resize your images to 600x600px. Both PNG and JPG files are accepted.
Event WALL & Social WALL
The Event Wall is the wall of the event. You can incorporate a visual background or for example the mask of your Powerpoint in PNG or JPEG format. We advise you to use a good quality image, with a resolution corresponding to that of your broadcasting screen on the day.
The Social Wall allows you to broadcast on TV screens, for example, tweets and reactions to the event on social networks, in Live. For this, the required size of the mask is 1280x640px and the format must be JPG.
