When sending emails from the Eventdrive platform, we recommend that you customize the sender name so the email can be easily identified by your potential attendees! In this article learn how to do so.
Step 1
Go to "INVITE" then go to "Mailing"
Step 2
Click on "Settings".
Step 3
You will see a dedicated field called "Sender name".
Step 4
Here enter the name of your organisation or that of your event and save it.
Advice
- Also insert a "Reply-to email" so that emails can be adequately responded to.
- Before sending your emails, try testing them to see how the sender name looks like.
