When sending emails from the Eventdrive platform, we recommend that you customize the sender name so the email can be easily identified by your potential attendees! In this article learn how to do so.
Go to the INVITE menu, then click on the Emails submenu, and finally click on Settings at the top right of your screen.
You will then see a field labeled Sender.
Enter the name of your organization or your event, then save.
Notes
- Also insert a Reply-to Email so that emails can be adequately responded to.
- Before sending your emails, try testing them to see how the sender name looks like.
