How do access restrictions work?
Access restrictions for your entire event are determined by the event status.

App Access Restrictions
Event status: Open, public
The app can be accessed without logging in, but logging in will be required to use interactive services.
If you are using a multi-event app, the event will be visible to everyone.
Only in this case, you can restrict access to your application by configuring the 'Restrict visibility of this event in the multi-event app' option from the Info → Main Info menu.
Event status: Open, private
Access to the app is only possible if both of the following conditions are met:

The user has logged into the app

The email address used to log in is on the list of participants
