When creating your event you must choose the link address for your Web App. You can customize the start of the link before eventdrive.com
You can also modify the address after having defined it. However, it is recommended that you do not change the address as you may have to re-communicate the app to your attendees. In this article find out how.
Step 1
In order to edit the URL of the web app, ensure your event is in "Draft". If it is in "Live", change it to "Draft" then go to "INFO", "Practical Info" and save the changes.
Step 2
Go to the "APP" tab, "Manage app" then "Web".
Step 3
In the "Address" field make the changes to the extension as you wish. You can see that you can allocate 2 URLs. The first, address must be defined if you use an application: app.eventdrive.com/YOUR_EXTENSION. The second called a "Short address" is optional. This will allow you to communicate the address more concisely: evdr.co/YOUR_EXTENSION
Step 4
Then click on "Validate" at the bottom of the page.
You are not allowed to add in the following:
- Special Characters ( & % ! )
- Letters with an accent ( é à è )
- Spaces

- A short, simple name is recommended.
- When you communicate the address of the web application it is not useful to add in " http: // ". You can use the link <my_event>.eventdrive.com
