With Eventdrive, you can connect to the Eventdrive administration tool, the dashboard allows you to have an overview of the events created within your organization, edit your events or create new ones.

Counter of your events
At the top of the page, general information about your events gives you an overview:
"Draft": number of events for which your app is visible only to the administrator (person who created the app) and event owners.
"Live": number of events for which the application is visible to all participants.
"Past": number of events that have already taken place.
"This month": number of events to come this month.
Calendar of your events
A calendar view of your events is available. To move from one month to another, use the backward/forward arrows at the top left of your calendar.
You have the possibility to filter your calendar of events to find only the events you want to see. Below are the possible filters:
"Categories": you can filter your calendar by category(ies) of events according to the categories that have been created within your organization so that you can only see the events that correspond to this/these category(ies). Ex: Seminar, Convention, Team-Building, Incentive....
"Managers": you also have the possibility to display only the event(s) of one or more persons in charge.
"Teams": this filter allows you to view only the events of one or more teams.
When you click on an event, a pop-up window opens and several information appear. You will find the name, dates and times of the event, its status (Draft or Live), the team(s) working on this event, its organizer(s) and the category(ies) to which it belongs.
From the pop-up, you can also continue working on your event by clicking on "Edit". To access your event data and statistics, click on "Reporting".
If you wish to return to your calendar, please click next to the pop-up. This will close it.
Finally, you can download (with or without filter) your events in Excel or PDF format by using the "Export" button located at the bottom right of your event calendar.
List of your events
This is a presentation of your events in the form of a list.
A search bar allows you to dynamically display the desired event(s). You can then search for your event(s) by " Name " or " Responsible ".
At the beginning of the line, a colored dot indicates the status of your event. Below is the status corresponding to the color:
green: your event's status is "Live
orange : your event is in " Draft ".
grey : your event is passed
At the end of the line, the options button allows you to "Edit", "Duplicate", access the "Reporting" or even "Delete" your event.
⚠️ It is important to enter the correct time period when looking for a past
or upcoming event. The time period defines the display of your event list.
