With Eventdrive you can manage your event’s budget.
Find all your event budgets under Plan your event → Budget.
Each budget attached to an event is divided into four tabs:
The Dashboard tab
In this tab, all the information you have entered is displayed in a clear, easy‑to‑read format.
The Budget currency menu allows you select your event currency.
The Approval status indicator displays whether the budget has been approved.
Below these indicators, a real‑time simulator displays global metrics:
- Forecast: Total estimated spend.
- Forecast cost/attendee: Estimated spend per attendee.
- Actual cost: Total actual spend.
- Actual cost/attendee: Actual spend per attendee.
The Estimated number of attendees field lets you instantly gauge both forecasted and actual costs.
Additional tables group expense items by category, cost centers or suppliers.
The Costs tab
The Costs tab allows you to complete every forecasted or actual expense for your event.

The "Revenue" tab
Just like the Costs tab allows you to complete all the costs for your event, the Revenues one allows you to complete all income linked to your event

- Validation status: will allow you to know wether your budget has been validated.
- Forecast: total estimated spend.
- Forecast cost/participant : estimated spend per attendee.
