You'd like to retrieve your event data (mailing, SMS, app and interactivity data). Learn how to do so here.
Step 1
Go to the "REPORTING" tab on the Eventdrive admin platform. Then choose the types of analytics you would like to access, "Website", "Campaigns", "Check-in", "Views" or "Interactivity".

Select the one that you'd like.
Step 3
You must set the correct time period in order to get accurate statistics, therefore insert the correct dates that include your event dates and then click "Save".
The Campaigns reporting
You are able to get statistics on the mailing and SMS campaigns you have sent. 2 views are available:
- "Group by campaigns"
- "Group by recipients"
At the right end of each row, click on the "Reporting" button to get further access to your reporting.
- "Sent": How many mails were sent over those that were to be sent.
- "Opens": How many opens were recorded for the mailing. Giving you an idea if the mail attracted participants attention.
- "Clicks”: How many times the recipient click on the email content.
Click on the "Export" button found at the bottom of the page to get this report in an excel spreadsheet.

The Check-in reporting
In the "Check-in" tab you the data of all the checked in attendees of your event. You are not able to download this data.
You must set the correct time period in order to get accurate statistics, therefore insert the correct dates that include your event dates and then click "Save".
Once this is done, you can consult your data. If you would like to save them or add them on to a presentation, you can do so by taking a screenshot.
The Views reporting
In the "Views" tab you will find 3 other options "Attendees", "Views", "Devices" you are able to consult the saved numbers for your app views. You are not able to download this data.
- "Attendees”: You will find here the number of participants that were connected to your application.
- "Views": You will find here all the views recorded on your app. E.g. a user that consulted their agenda, Practical info and the exhibitor list generates 3 views. You can see the most used services, speakers and sponsors.
- "Devices": You will find here the browsers and the type of app(iOS, Android, web-app) or the types of devices your audiences used.
Once this is done, you can consult your data. If you would like to save them or add them on to a presentation, you can do so by taking a screenshot.
The Interactivity reporting
In the "Interactivity" tab, you will find the different functionalites you've added to your event such as: "Express yourself", "Vote & Quiz" and "Survey".
You will be able to go to each functionality and export the different data.
"Attendees": number of attendees who opened the app.
"Devices": what devices were used by your event participants, what operating systems are most common in your audience. Which version of the application was most used: web app or native application.
"Express yourself": you can (in excel format) export all your questions and all the contents that were made on the word cloud.
"Instaphoto": download all the photos sent by participants during your event in the original format.
"Survey": here you can find circular diagrams for multiple choice questions, an export of raw data is also possible. For open questions, you can also export them in excel format.
"Vote & Quiz": here you can find the results of the conducted votes and quizzes. The results are present in the form of a circular diagram. You can export raw data too.
"Networking": find the number of messages sent, the number of created conversations, how they were sent by the participant. But the exchanged messages between participants stays confidential.
Remarks
- For each analytic, do not forget to set the correct time period in order to get accurate statistics.
- For the "Vote & quiz" service, there is no difference between archived answers and live answers in our reports.
- The "Networking" allows you to consult the data but, you aren't able to download this data. If you would like to save them or add them onto a presentation, you can do so by taking a screenshot.
