Data available in "Mailing"
Find on this page, all e-mailing campaign sendings.
These are grouped into 3 sections:
- " Group by E-mail "
- " Group by recipient "
- " Group by date "
Click on the one that interests you to discover all the data.
- " Delivered ": how many emails were delivered out of the number that was sent.
- “ Opening ”: how many openings were recorded for this shipment. This can give you an indication of the attractiveness of the email sent.
- “ Clicks ”: how many times the recipients clicked on the content present in the email.
The data available in "Views"
- " Participants ": here you will find the number of participants who have connected to your application.
- " Views ": here you will find all the views saved on your application. Ex: a user who consults the agenda, practical information and the list of speakers generates 3 views. You will be able in this space to find the functionalities, the speakers, the sponsors, the exhibitors having collected the most views.
- " Devices ": here you will find the browsers, operating systems, type of application (iOS, Android, webapp) or even the devices used by your audience.
The data available in "Interactivity"
- " Express yourself ": export in Excel format all the content of the features such as ask your questions, word cloud...
- " Instaphoto ": download all the photos sent by the participants during your event in the original format.
- " Survey ": find circular diagrams for questions with predefined answers, an export of raw data is also possible. For questions with a free field, you can also export in Excel format.
- " Voting and quiz ": in this space find all the results of the votes and quizzes of your event. The results are presented in the form of a pie chart. An export of raw data is possible.

" Networking ": find the number of messages sent, the number of conversations created, the average of messages sent by participants. However, the content of your participants' exchanges remains confidential.

- " Visitors": find a graph showing the total number of visitors to your website according to the selected period.
- “ Page views”: this graph allows you to obtain the number of total visits to your website.
- “Types of audiences”: this option allows you to differentiate new users from users who have already visited the site.
- “Top browsers”: this pie chart allows you to segment all the browsers used by visitors.
- "Most visited pages": a polar diagram allows you to visualize the most visited pages of your website.
- "Top operating systems": this interface allows you to view the type of operating systems used by your visitors.
- "Top countries" : This graph shows the geographical location of your visitors
