With Eventdrive, you can have an animator profile.
The animator profile must be assigned to an attendee account. This lets that attendee log into the event app and see a specific display for the questions selected by the moderator.
In Practice
- The event's animator logs into the app with their account.
- The moderator receives attendees' questions and decides which ones to send to the animator. From the moderation screen, the moderator clicks the microphone icon below the question, and it is sent to the animator's profile (highlighted in red).
- The animator sees a banner appear (at the top of the screen) letting them know new content is available. They click the banner to see the new content. They then have two options: highlight the question as a visual reminder, or hide it if they don't want to bring it up.
- When the animator hides a question, this has a direct effect on the moderation screen: the microphone icon, until then green, turns grey. In some cases, this tells the moderator that the animator won't bring up the question.
- To keep the question list on the animator's profile up to date, the moderator can uncheck the microphone icon for questions that have already been asked. This way, the animator keeps only the remaining questions on their screen.
