A vote is an interactive tool used to allow participants to take charge in decision-making during an event. The voting tool can be used during your event to collect attendee opinions on numerous subjects.
It's composed of the following:
One or More Rounds
Rounds allow you to plan and structure your votes and when and how they will be displayed on D-Day. Also, by creating numerous rounds you are able to seperate your questions in each round of questions on the application.
Example: During your event you'd like to show your questions one by one on the application side, then rounds per question must be created. As the questions show up round by round on the application, and one round at a time. Thus, the participants answer questions one after the other.
One or Numerous Questions
Add the number of questions you would like into the vote. Though in the live configuration, we recommend to give them enough time to get on the app and answer the questions.
Pre-determined responses for each question
The voting tool gives you the options to create a MCQ's where numerous or single answers can be chosen, This feature doesn't allow attendees to input their own answers. Therefore, you must create potential responses.
Advice
- To get an accurate participation rate, we recommend that you give attendees time to put in their votes. Else, it may demotivate users to participate further.
- If you give choose to input numerous answers (around 10) this could make it harder for attendees to read the questions on the event wall.
