With Eventdrive, you can configure your check-in points to ensure that every attendee is welcomed in a smooth, secure and personalized manner.
You can set up and configure your check-in points directly from the Eventdrive back office (Invite -> Check-in).

Secure access to the check-in application by generating a unique PIN code.
⚠️ If you generate a new PIN code, the previous one will no longer be usable.
Add customized checkpoints
When creating your event, a default checkpoint is set.
It can be used as the event's main checkpoint, for example at the entrance.
You can add additional custom checkpoints for your event.
Create checkpoints tailored to your program, sessions or specific sites to monitor the flow of attendees.
⚠️ The default check point cannot be deleted, but it can be modified.
Display relevant information
Choose to display important information at check-in.
Data collected from registration forms, such as food preferences and groups, can be displayed at check-in, ensuring a personalized welcome for your attendees.
The data displayed can be configured according to the check-in point.
Example:
- The field corresponding to the distribution of goodies can be displayed at the entrance.
- The field corresponding to dietary restrictions can be displayed when guests are placed at dinner tables.
Link checkpoints to sessions and attendee groups
Eventdrive allows you to link sesions and groups to checkpoints.
By doing so, the list displayed on that checkpoint will be reduced to selected sessions attendees, or group members.
This gives you total control over the flow of attendees throughout your event.
