With Eventdrive, it is possible to manage your Live.
- Exclude or ban a participant
- Cut the microphone and camera of a speaker
- Mute all speakers
- Refresh the page of all connected users
As a moderator, you can exclude or ban a participant, mute the microphone and camera of a speaker and also refresh the Live page for all connected people.
Exclude or ban a participant
Step 1
To exclude or ban a participant, you must first access the list of connected users. To do this, click on "Connected users" at the top right.
Step 2
Then click on the "..." to the right of the participant's name.
Step 3
Click on "Kick out user" and a pop up will open and you will be able to choose between "Kick out participant" or "Ban participant".
Warning: If you kick out a participant, he or she will be able to reconnect to Live. Conversely, if you ban a participant, he or she will not be able to return.
Cutting the microphone and camera of a speaker
Step 1
Click on the "..." to the right of the participant's name
Step 2
Here you can :
- Mute the participant's video
- Mute the participant's microphone
- End stream
Mute all speakers
Step 1
Click on the crossed-out microphone next to the "Connected Users" tab
Step 2
A pop-up window will open to ask you if you want to mute all users.
Refresh the page of all connected users
Step 1
Click on the option "..." next to the "Connected Users" tab
Step 2
Click on "Refresh browser for all users".
