With Eventdrive, it is possible to manage my private multi-session live stream.
In this article, we will explain how you can communicate on your private multi-sessions in Live Streaming to your participants.
Your participants can access your multi-session Live Streaming via an Eventdrive invitation.
Step 1
Click on INFOS > Agenda then create or edit the session you want to integrate your Live session into.
In your calendar session, check the "Live Streaming" option to see the options for your Live session then save.
Step 2
Once the multi-session is created you must go to the LIVE STREAMING > Privacy & Settings tab and select "Private" confidentiality.
From this manipulation, you will see on the same page a "Participant Code" appear.
This code will be communicated to the participants who have to attend the multi-sessions.
This code is unique for all participants.
Step 3
Once all these options have been completed, all that remains to be done is to activate a personalized tag within the mail.
This one will allow to send to each participant the sessions to which he is registered or those which were allotted to him.
To integrate a personalized tag, go to INVITE > Emails > All emails.
Then create a new email or edit an email in which you want to integrate this tag.
Once in the email, click on it to make the character bar appear.
Then click on "Session to which the participant has registered".
Your participants will receive an email with a link to your multi-session sessions. Don't forget to insert the "Participant Code" in this email so that your participants can have access on the day.
