With Eventdrive, you can purge your personal data at the end of your event.
A distinction is personal data and personal data sensitive.
By default we keep personal data because they are used for the proper functioning of the Eventdrive service.
They are in no way shared with third parties or used by Eventdrive for marketing or commercial (ref. our privacy policy).
Purge of personal data
Today, it is possible to request the purge of participants' personal data the day after the event.
This leads to a loss of data:
- Falsified statistics
- Functional & inoperative customer accounts
Purge of sensitive personal data
The purge of sensitive data is automated.
When creating a form, the event manager can choose from 3 new types of fields:
- Dietary restrictions
- PRM access (person with reduced mobility)
- Other sensitive
data This data will be automatically erased 24 hours after the end of the event.

From the end of H1 2020, a participating account that has not been used for a period determined by the data controller (expressed in months) will be automatically deleted.
