With Eventdrive, you can customize the display of interactive elements shown on your event wall such as Q&A questions, voting or quiz options, and tag cloud responses.
Text size and color, margins, graphic style… this article guides you through configuring and tailoring the wall to match your branding.

Before getting started, make sure you’ve opened the event wall and the moderation interface via the Shortcuts button at the top right of your event’s back office.
Consider also publishing a test question or vote on the wall to preview the display in real time and adjust your settings if needed. A simple page refresh will apply the changes.
From your event’s back office, go to the Interactivity menu, then to the Event Wall Settings sub-menu.
Wall general settings
- Font family: select the font(s) in which you want to display the broadcast content from those offered.
💡 Why are there several fonts in a row?
Because if the computer serving the content does not have the first font,
it will use the second or third.
- Container background color: you can use a color present in your graphic charter or other.
⚠️ This field is to be filled in only if you do not wish to put a background image.

Container Font Color: You can set the color of the streamed content. If you want questions and votes to appear in red, enter the corresponding hexadecimal code.
You will see later in this article how to customize the display color of each service. -
Then adjust the different Padding of the container. Paddings are useful for defining how your content will appear on the event wall.
Save at the bottom of the page and play with the pixels to find the perfect positioning. - Background position: adjust the position of your background image if you want to use a background image to personalize your wall.
- Background size: This is useful if you're adding an image to customize your wall. Try different sizes, save at the bottom of the page, then preview the result directly on your event wall.
- Background: drag your background image directly into this space to add it.
⚠️ File format required: Image .png or .jpg (1920px x 1080px)
To apply all your settings, make sure to click Validate at the bottom of the page.

Header settings
- Logo : Drag your logo/header directly into the dedicated space to add it.
⚠️ File format required: Image .png or .jpg
- Height: remember to adjust the height of your header according to the height of the visual you added.
- Background color: add a background color to the header.
- Logo Position: Change the position of your logo.
⚠️ Your logo can only appear if the header height is sufficient.
To apply all your settings, make sure to click Validate at the bottom of the page.
To preview the result, refresh the event wall opened in your browser tab.
Footer settings
- Logo: drag your visual for the footer directly into the dedicated space to add it.
⚠️ File format required: Image .png or .jpg
- Height: remember to adjust the height of your foot according to the height of the visual you added.
- Background color: add a background color if desired.
- Logo Position: Change the position of your logo.
⚠️ Your logo can only appear if the footer height is sufficient.
To apply all your settings, make sure to click Validate at the bottom of the page.
To preview the result, refresh the event wall opened in your browser tab.
Q&A and Word Cloud settings
Edit these settings if you want to configure how these services are displayed.
Here, you'll specifically choose how attendees' questions and/or responses will appear on your event wall.
Enable or disable the options Show box shadow / Show like / Show author / Show avatar by clicking the corresponding buttons. Activated options appear colored.
Different settings are available for each option:
- Shadow display is linked to the question display settings. You can configure the Question font size, Question font color, and optionally add a Background color for questions.
- Several settings allow you to customize the appearance of like. Choose the Font size of like, the Height of like, and you can also define their Color.
By default, Eventdrive uses your event's theme color. - The settings related to the author's display allow you to customize the name of identified attendees who ask questions. Define the Author font size and Author font color.
- In addition to displaying an attendee's avatar, you can set the Height of the author's avatar.
- You can also choose to display an attendee's position and company name along with their question.
To apply all your settings, make sure to click Validate at the bottom of the page.

The colors of the words in your tag cloud
In the Tag cloud section, define up to 6 hexadecimal color codes to customize how the words are displayed. If you leave the fields empty, Eventdrive will automatically apply default colors.
⚠️ Do not forget to run some tests in live condition to be sure that every color is
visible.

Votes & Quiz settings
Here you’ll find the layout settings for your votes and quizzes.
To customize the design, it’s recommended to display a test vote to the event wall so you can preview the result in real time.
- Question font size: you can adjust the font size of the questions.
- Answer font size: you can define the font size of the answers and the height of the result bars.
- Percentage font size: you can configure how large the percentages appear.
- Bar height: you can customize the height of the result bars.
- Question font color: you can choose the text color for the questions.
- Answer font color: you can change the text color for the answers.
- Percentage font color: you can set the display color for the percentages.
- Answer background color: you can define the background color for the answers.
- Podium color: you can personalize the color of the results podium.
- Podium font color: you can adjust the font color used on the podium.

Notes
You can reset all settings by clicking the red button at the bottom of the Reset page.
⚠️ If you do not see any change even though you have modified the parameters,
validate again at the bottom of the page and refresh the web page on which
you opened the event wall.
Tips
We recommend that you pre-configure the wall before the event and make the final adjustments on site on D-Day.
