You have chosen to use the " Timeline " service to liven up your event. In this article, learn how to delete content already published.
Step 1
In the admin tool, click on " Shortcuts " at the top right. Then, click on " Moderation " in order to access the moderation platform.
Another way to go to the moderation platform is by entering the following URL with your event ID: moderation.eventdrive.com/#event/EVENTID
Step 2
Click on " Timeline ".
You can find all the published content on your timeline.
Click on the archive icon to delete some content on the timeline.
Step 3
If there is user content, it's because you pinned it from Instaphoto or the Q & A. Go to the specific service and click again on the pin icon to remove this content from the timeline. The pin was green and then turned to grey: it means the content is removed from the timeline.
Remark
- You cannot delete the calendar sessions reminder from the timeline on your own. If you would like them not to appear on the timeline, please contact support at: support@eventdrive.com
