With Eventdrive, you can open and close your event's survey.

You can choose to open and close access to your event's survey. In this article, learn how to manage the opening and closing of your survey.
Step 1
From the admin tool, click " Shortcuts " on the top right. Then click on " Moderation " to access the moderation platform.
Step 2
Once on the moderation platform, click on theservice “Survey”. If you have configured several survey services, select the one concerne.
Step 3
To close a survey:
In the first line you have the mention "Service is opened". Click the slider opposite to close the service. The result is instantaneous or requires a refresh on the application side.
When the participant clicks on the closed survey service, this message appears "The service is closed, please come back later".
To open a survey:
If the service is closed, you will see the mention "Service is closed". Click the slider to open the questionnaire. The result is instantaneous or requires a refresh on the application side.
Notes
- As part of a satisfaction survey, we recommend that you close the service throughout your event and open it at the end of the session. This allows you to collect opinions on the spot. If you have a native application, do not hesitate to send a push notification to your participants directing them to the desired survey. To do this, see our article How to program a push notification?
- In general, a participant can answer the survey only once. You can allow respondents to take your survey multiple times.
