With Eventdrive, you can track your campaign's sending statistics.
You use the tool for sending email or SMS campaigns Eventdrive to manage the communication of your event. And you want to know the number of deliveries, openings, or clicks? Follow the steps in this article to access your encrypted data.
Step 1
In the Eventdrive administration tool go to " REPORTING " then " Campaigns ".
On this page you will find all the e-mail or SMS sending campaigns. Click on the " Reporting " button of the desired campaign.
Step 2
You arrive on the page with all the data relating to your campaign, below the various information reported.
MAIL CAMPAIGN
Recipient : quickly find a recipient or keyword using this search bar.
E-mail : find all the e-mails of the campaign concerned.
Delivered : find the emails delivered (indicated by a small V in green) or not delivered (indicated by a red cross)
Openings : find the number of times the email has been opened by each of the email addresses as well as the date and time of its last opening.
Clicks : find the number of clicks made by each email.
Status of reception : find the different statuses for each e-mail (ready to be delivered, delivered, refused...).
Below are explanations for the different email statuses:
Temporarily refused : the receiving server has refused the email but temporarily, that is to say not definitively. Example of a concrete case, the recipient's mailbox is full. In the event of a temporary refusal, other attempts to send will take place during the 72 days following the sending of the email.
Not accepted : the destination server refused the email. Example of a concrete case, the recipient's address does not exist, or the server sends the information back to Eventdrive notifying that the email sent is considered spam.
Abandoned : the send is aborted upstream. There can be different reasons. Example of concrete case, during a previous sending, the email was "not accepted" (see above), so the email address can be cataloged and any sending to this recipient will be aborted on entry. Another example, the recipient's domain does not exist.
SMS CAMPAIGN
Recipient : quickly find a recipient or keyword using this search bar.
E-mail : find all the e-mails of the recipients of the SMS campaign.
Delivered : find the SMS delivered (indicated by a small V in green) or not delivered (indicated by a red cross)
Received status: find the different statuses for each e-mail (ready to be delivered, delivered). If nothing is displayed in this column, the SMS was not received by the participant.
Note
- There are 2 scenarios where an email has been considered spam, but the information reported is different. Either the server returns the information to Eventdrive notifying that the email is considered spam, so the status will be indicated as " not accepted ". Either the mail client redirects the mail to the spam box, not sending us the information. In this case, Eventdrive considers that the email has been " delivered " but cannot know if the opposite email client has put it in the spam box.
Tips
- If you see a red cross in front of an e-mail address, your campaign has not been delivered. To find out why, see the "Status" column.
- The first thing to do if an email has not been delivered is to verify the veracity of the participant's email address.
- The first thing to do if an SMS has not been delivered is to verify the veracity of the participant's telephone number.
