This article will help you understand how to set time zones for your events.
You will able to choose three situations :
- Display dates & times in the event's local time, for on-site events.
- Display dates & times in attendee's local time, for online events.
- Display dates & times in both the event's and attendee's local time, for hybrid events.
Here is how it works, in calendar settings you can choose one of following options:
This will change the display on the participants' side (in my example, the time zone of the event is set to French time / CET) :
Finally, when you hover over the question mark icon, a tooltip is displayed giving details about the time displayed.
