Main info, Agenda, Practical info
In the description of the event, you can add a visual (ex: company logo, event location... ). The element will be visible on the website of your event.
There are no restrictions to the format and size of these visuals.
For the agenda and practical information, you can proceed in the same way as above.
Exhibitors, Speakers, Sponsors
For these three tabs, you can add visuals such as logos of exhibiting companies or partners, as well as photos of your speakers so that they are easier to identify.
You can import visuals in PNG or JPG format.
We advise you to import an image in square format.
Minimum size: 180 x 180 pixels.
The Documents feature allows you to share files with your participants. You can add any type of document: Powerpoint, PDF, images, Excel, Word...
Maximum document size: 16 Mb.
PLAN YOUR EVENT
You can add to each line of the budget, a quote in any format.
On your website, you can add your own visuals to customize it.
You can add a background image. The dimensions are as follows:
Recommended height: 554 pixels (min 277 pixels)
Recommended width: 2880 pixels (min 1920 pixels)
Recommended file size: ≤1.5 MB
You can also add your logo that will be integrated into the header of your website.
The badges are A6 size. You can add an image to the front and back.
Optimal size: 1500 x 2125 pixels.
Minimum size: 706 x 1000 pixels.
You can insert visuals to your invitation and communication e-mails, such as a header.
Recommended size: 600 x 200 pixels.
You can add any visual to your e-mail, it will be automatically resized.
We also recommend that you keep a good ratio between visuals and text. This way, your e-mail is sure to arrive in your guests' inbox.
Customization & Design
Our brand new app has arrived! Here are the new visual elements you can incorporate.
You can add an icon to your app. The icon is the Favicon that appears at the top of a tab on the web, but also the image to the left of the date and location of your event. Add your organization's logo to it!
Size: 260 x 260 pixels.
Add your header logo or custom banner to your app.
Minimum height: 88 pixels
Required width: 460 pixels.
The promotional image corresponds to the visual appearing on the app's home page.
Recommended height: ≥ 600 pixels
Recommended width: ≥ 600 pixels.
For the creation of a Native Application by Eventdrive, you will be asked for a Splash screen (loading page for the opening of the application) of the following size: 2732x2732 px.
For a good visibility, we ask you to put the text and logo elements in a square of 1024x1024 px.
You can add all types of visuals to your News Feed in either JPG or PNG format. You can also add videos hosted on YouTube.

Format: Both PNG and JPG files are accepted.
Size: 600 x 600 pixels.
Event Wall & Social Wall
The Event Wall corresponds to the Event Wall. You can incorporate a visual background or for example the mask of your Powerpoint in PNG or JPEG format. We advise you to use a hight quality image, with a resolution corresponding to that of your broadcast screen on the big day.
The Social Wall allows you to broadcast on TV screens for example, tweets and reactions about the event found on social networks, live.
Required mask size: 1280 x 640 pixels.
