In this article, we will explain how you can communicate the links needed to access your sessions in Live Streaming to your attendees that don't require an access code (public).
Your participants can access your public session's Live Streaming in two different ways.
Both options have their own access and design.
Option 1: Direct Access
You can provide your attendees with a direct access to your Live session.
Direct accesses can be useful if you want to restrict the session visibility and accesses.
Your attendees will have to click on a URL link and will be taken directly to the Live Stream.
Step 1
Click on Event Info > Agenda then create or edit the sessions you'd like to add a Live Stream to.
In your session, check the "Live Streaming" option, which will automatically display the options for your Live session.
Step 2
The "URL" option will be displayed as well as a "Copy" button to its right.
Click on the "Copy" button to be able to communicate the session link to your participants via an Eventdrive email or by other means of communication (intranet, email, etc).
Option 2: The Multi-session Menu
If you have several live sessions and you'd like for your participants to be able to access each one, you have the possibility to grant them access to a multi-session menu.
This allows them to have an overview of all current sessions, past sessions, future sessions, etc...
Step 1
Go to the tab "LIVE STREAMING".
Click on the "Copy" button to the right of the URL to be able to communicate the session link to your participants via an Eventdrive email or by other means of communication (intranet, email, etc).
Remarks
- If you choose to share a multi-session menu, your attendees will see the sessions according to the visibility options you have chosen in the agenda session, How to add an agenda session?
