You are the owner of an organization or have the rights to create and assign a role to the members of your organization
Discover the definitions of each permission to create a role in this article.
To assign a role, go to your organization parameters, then click on "Security" then "Roles".
You have two roles by default that you can choose ("Owner" et "Member").
You can also create new roles by clicking on "+ Add new role".
Each role can be modified, you can add and/or delete all the desired permissions offered by the platform.
Permissions on organization:
All the permissions allow your members to access all or a part of the tabs of your organizations. They can therefore edit some parameters.
Do not forget that an edited parameter will be visible for everyone.
- "View settings": visual access to the tab "Parameters" including "Informations" (to see the name of the organization), "Branding" (to see the logo of the organization and the dominant colors) et "Events" (to see the selected options available when creating an event within your organization).
- "Edit settings": access to the tab "Parameters" including "Informations" (to see and edit the name of the organization), "Branding" (to see and edit the logo of the organization and the dominant colors) et "Events" (to see and edit the options available when creating an event within your organization).
- "View members": visual access to the list of your members and the list of pending invitations.
- "Manage members (add and remove)": permission to send invitations to add members to the organization and permission to edit or remove actual members.
- "View teams": visual access to the list teams created in your organization.
- "Manage teams (create, edit and delete)": permission to create, edit and remove a team in your organization.
- "View event categories": in the "Manage" tab, visual access to the list of "Event categories" already defined.
- "Manage event categories (create, edit and delete)": permission to create, edit and remove an event category in your organization.
- "View event templates": visual access to the list of "Event categories" already defined.
- "Manage event templates (create, edit and delete)": permission to create, edit and remove an event template in your organization (templates are offered when creating an event).
- "View budget settings":visual access to the list of "Budget settings" already defined and available for your members when creating a budget.
- "Manage budget settings (create, edit and delete)" : permission to create, edit and delete settings that are available when your members are working on their budgets.
- "View budget templates": visual access to the list of "Budget templates" already defined.
- "Manage budget templates (create, edit and delete)": permission to create, edit and remove a budget template in your organization (templates are offered when creating a budget).
- "View email templates": visual access to the list of "Email templates" already defined.
- "Manage email templates (create, edit and delete)": permission to create, edit and remove an email template in your organization (templates are offered when creating an email).
- "View media": visual access to all the media added in this section.
- "Manage media (add and remove)": permission to add, edit and remove media that are visible in the media library.
- "View apps": visual access to the app groups created in your organization.
- "Manage apps (add, edit and remove)": permission to edit everything liked to the apps of your organization, such as the promotional page, the authentification, etc.
- "View domains": visual access of the defined domains in the "Security" tab.
- "Manage apps (add, edit and remove)": permission to add, edit and remove any domain in this section.
- "View authentication": visual access to the information in this tab.
- "Edit authentication": permission to configure or deactivate options in this tab. You can control the type of required connections for the authentification of attendees or members of your organization.
- "View roles": visual access to the created roles and their descriptions.
- "Manage roles (add, edit and remove)": permission to add, edit and remove roles defined in your organization.
- "Read disclaimer": visual access to the disclaimer defined by your organization.
- "Update disclaimer": permission to update the disclaimer of your organization.
- "View and export reporting": access to available data about an event, an attendee, an organization, a cost center and a team. It is possible to export the collected data into an Excel file as well.
Permissions on teams the member belongs to:
- "View teams": visual access to all the teams the member belongs to.
- "Manage teams (edit and delete)": permission to edit or remove a team from an event linked to the team the member belongs to.
- "View team members": visual access to the other members of the team the member belongs to.
- "Manage team members (add and remove)": permission to add and remove members to the team the member belongs to.
Permissions on team the member doesn't belong to:
The member can belong to one team but their rights can be extended to all teams.
- "View teams": visual access to all the teams the member doesn't belong to.
- "Manage teams (edit and delete)": permission to edit or remove a team from the organization.
- "View team members": visual access to the members of a team the member doesn't belong to.
- "Manage team members (add and remove)": permission to add and remove members to teams the member doesn't belong to.
- "View events on dashboard" : visual access to events managed by the member on the dashboard. This permission is always ticked.
- "View events details (except attendees and budgets)" : visual access to the whole events except the "Attendees" et "Budgets" tabs.
- "See events attendees": visual access to the "Attendees" tab of the events.
- "See events budgets": visual access to the "Budgets" tab of the events.
- "Validate event budgets manually": permission to manually validate the event budget.
- "Manage events (create, edit and delete)": permission to create, edit and delete informations on the events.
Permissions on events attached to teams the member belongs to:
- "View events on dashboard": visual access on the dashboard to events managed by members of a the teams the member belongs to.
- "View events details (except attendees and budgets)": visual access to the whole events managed by members of the teams the member belongs to, except the "Attendees" et "Budgets" tabs.
- "See events attendees": visual access to the "Attendees" tab of the events managed by members of the teams the member belongs to.
- "See events budgets": visual access to the "Budgets" tab of the events managed by members of the teams the member belongs to.
- "Validate event budgets manually": permission to manually validate the event budgets of events managed by members of the teams the member belongs to.
- "Manage events (create, edit and delete)": permission to create, edit and delete informations on the events managed by members of the teams the member belongs to.
Permissions on events attached to teams the member doesn't belong to:
- "View events on dashboard": visual access on the dashboard to events managed by members of a the teams the member doesn't belong to.
- "View events details (except attendees and budgets)": visual access to the whole events managed by members of the teams the member doesn't belong to, except the "Attendees" et "Budgets" tabs.
- "See events attendees": visual access to the "Attendees" tab of the events managed by members of the teams the member doesn't belong to.
- "See events budgets": visual access to the "Budgets" tab of the events managed by members of the teams the member doesn't belong to.
- "Validate event budgets manually": permission to manually validate the event budgets of events managed by members of the teams the member doesn't belong to.
- "Manage events (create, edit and delete)": permission to create, edit and delete informations on the events managed by members of the teams the member doesn't belong to.
