You have followed all the steps indicated in the creation of your event and can't see your registration form when you open your website? We explain why in this article.
You don't see your form and the reason depends on the type of form you created.
You created a "public" registration form.
Your registration form is public and therefore, by definition, visible to all.
To see it on your website you must add the corresponding tab to your registration form.
It's easy to do this:
Go to INVITE > Website > Content.
Then you will see in the available content, the tab "Register".
Drag it to the right, on the side of the selected content. Don't forget to register.
You will be able to return to your site, refresh the page, and your form will be visible.
You have created a "private" registration form.
Your form is private and therefore the invitations are personal. You wish that only participants who have been invited can register.
Your form will not appear on your website with the simple link, which can be communicated to everyone.
To see your form on your website, you need to access it from an invitation that has been sent. Only your participants can access it by clicking on the invitation email.
