You are to configure an invitation email. Two steps are required: correctly link the email to the right registration form, and add the registration link in the email body. In this article, discover how to do so.
In our platform, go to your event.
Within your event, click on "INVITE" then "Mailing", then "Emails" and select your registration form
Click on the email body. The text tool bar appears. You can now click on the "Special links" button and then "Add link to registration" and finally "Register".
You should see the word "Register" appear with a link "%Registerlink%"
Don't hesitate to customize your email to suit your needs.
Repeat step 3 and click on "Decline" if you want to add a link to decline the invitation.
If you want to use a button for these links, start by adding a button in your email body.
Then click on the button and see the configuration tab open on the right. In the "Action" part on top of it, you have the opportunity to add a URL link. Select the option "
Cliquez ensuite sur le bouton et observez un volet de configuration apparaître à droite. Dans la partie tout en haut " Action " vous avez la possibilité d'ajouter un lien URL. Sélectionnez l'option "Open web page and below you can click on"Special links" button and then "Add link to registration" and finally "Register". This will add the link on your button.
Save you email at the bottom of the page.
