You have invited a member to join your organisation so that they can create their admin account and be able to work on Eventdrive. In this article, we explain you how to follow-up on them in case of failure with their account activation.
Step 1
Connect to the admin.eventdrive.com.
Step 2
Click on the name of your organisation on the top left below "DASHBOARD"
Step 3
Click on "Members" on the left hand side menu.
Step 4
You can find this member in the section called " Pending invitations " above the "Members" list.
To follow up with this member, you have to click on the "⚙️" button and then on "Resend invitation email".
A confirmation message will advise you that you invitation have been successfully resent.
Remark
- If you have sent an invitation email less than 48 hours ago, you will not be able to follow-up with the person until then.
This message will appear at the top of the page : "The user you added does not have an account yet. We have already sent him an invitation email less than 48 hours ago: you can resend him an invitation email after this time."
