You have invited a member to join your organisation so that they can create an admin account and be able to work on Eventdrive. In this article, we can explain to you how to follow-up on them incase of failure in account activation.
Connect to the admin.eventdrive.com.
Click on the name of your organisation on the top left below the "DASHBOARD"
Click on the "Members" tab on the menu on the the left.
Locate the members on that list. In the "Role" column, the following appears "Pending". Click on the options button at the end of the row then on then on "Resend the invitation email". A confirmation message will show up on the top of the page, your followup email is on it's way.
- If you have sent an invitation email there is less than 48 hours ago, you will not be able to follow-up the person until after the 48 hours.
