In order to reset your attendee password, so you can connect to your event app, follow the steps below:
Go to your event app.
Click on the "I forgot my password" link.
You will see a pop-up appear. Fill out the email field with the address you use for your attendee account.
Once this is done, click on "Validate".
Check your email box. Eventdrive should have sent you an email with a one time link to reset your password.
Click on the link and use Google Chrome. If your bower is per default Internet Explorer, you just have to copy/paste the link. Just open the link from the email, copy from Internet Explorer and then paste into Google chrome.
On the new open page, enter your email address, the one you use for your attendee account. Then, fill in your new password and confirm it. Ensure that the password is at least 8 characters.
You can now connect to the event app with your new password.
- The password reset link is active for 1 hour. After this time, it will expired and it will be necessary to repeat the reset procedure.
- Make sure to check your spam if you have not received the email.
- The reset password works only if your event status is in LIVE. If not , please go to the backoffice > EVENT INFO > Main info > Event status
