You are using an app on your event is fast approaching and you need to know certain numbers and see lists, of attendees having created a password. In this article discover how to do so.
Step 1
Go to "INVITE" then "Attendees".
Step 2
Once on the attendee list click on "Show/hide columns".
Step 3
Ensure that the "Password" field is ticked. If not, select it and save the changes.
Step 4
Check the columns displayed on the page, you should be able to fine a column called "Password". If you don't see it, try to scroll across the bars. At a glance, you will be able to check whether or not the attendee has created a password.
Step 5
If you would like to export this information go to the bottom of the page. Click "Export".
Step 6
Choose the format of the export file and the columns that you'd like to find in the document. Once you have chosen, click on "Export".
Step 7
You are going to receive an e-mail in a few minutes with your downloadable file.
Send reminders
You are now able to send reminders by email and text messages, to your attendees that haven't already set up a password. Go to INVITE > Campaigns. When selecting your target, in the section "Options", you can select "Those who haven't yet set up a password".
Remarks
- It is impossible to have the attendees password or to change it.
