Eventdrive allows you to communicate the terms and conditions to your event attendees. A default text is ready, but in this article to learn how to customise them.
Step 1
Sign into admin.eventdrive.com.
Step 2
Click on the name of your organisation found on the top left.
Step 3
If you are the owner of your organisation you are able to click on the "Security" tab in the menu on the left.
If you do not see another tab pop-up, it means you do not have the correct rights. You can contact the organisation owner or contact support@eventdrive.com
Step 4
In the "Security" tab click on "Terms". On this page you will see the text that we have put in by default. You can also modify this text in French and English underneath.
Step 5
Once you have made the changes, save them.
Remarks
- We advice you to write your terms and conditions with a lawyer.
- After each change, an Eventdrive employee will reread the text and then validate it. The delay for it to be published is 72H.
