Currently on the Eventdrive admin platform, you must go the moderation platform. From this platform you can manage live broadcasting, send notification, post content on the timeline, open and close services... In this article find out how to access them.
The thing to do is verify your role in the participant list, by going to "INVITE", click on "Attendees". Search for your name on the search bar.
If your role is "Attendee" or "Animator" please change it to "Moderator" or "Owner". Once the changes have been made, no need to save them.
Still on the admin platform, click on "Shortcuts" in the top right corner. You will see 3 options appear.
Click on "Moderation". You will have to re-login, with your email and password.
You have come to the home page of the moderation platform with all the service available. All you have to do is navigate and use the moderation platform.
- Once connected to the platform, you are able to use your attendee account not your admin tool account.
